Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & Refund Policy: We value our clients' time and strive to provide the best service possible. In order to ensure smooth operations and fairness to all parties involved, we have implemented the following cancellation policy: Full Refund: Clients who cancel their reservation at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment or service will be eligible for a full refund, including the deposit. Partial Refund: Clients who cancel their reservation at least 3 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment or service will be eligible for a partial refund. Please note that this partial refund will exclude the deposit. No Refund: Clients who fail to cancel their reservation within 3 hours of the scheduled appointment or service or who do not show up for the appointment will not be eligible for any refund. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we encourage clients to inform us of any changes or cancellations as soon as possible. This allows us to accommodate other clients and make necessary adjustments to our schedule. Please note that refunds will be processed in accordance with our refund policy and may take some time to be reflected in your account. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
