Service Description
•Concerts, book signings, corporate events, birthday parties, and small eventful gatherings •Fast turnaround, same day delivery •JPEGS delivered in a personal online gallery with printing options •Photographer arrives an hour before each booking begins •Our photographers specialize in candid photography, and setting up organized photos for groups and individuals upon request. •3 hour minimum Deliverables: Receive a gallery with all the photos taken within the booking time containing 150 - 300 photos per booking Photo Editing Add Ons: $100 for 10 images lightly edited $150 for 5 images heavily edited
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Refund Policy: We value our clients' time and strive to provide the best service possible. In order to ensure smooth operations and fairness to all parties involved, we have implemented the following cancellation policy: Full Refund: Clients who cancel their reservation at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment or service will be eligible for a full refund, including the deposit. Partial Refund: Clients who cancel their reservation at least 3 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment or service will be eligible for a partial refund. Please note that this partial refund will exclude the deposit. No Refund: Clients who fail to cancel their reservation within 3 hours of the scheduled appointment or service or who do not show up for the appointment will not be eligible for any refund. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we encourage clients to inform us of any changes or cancellations as soon as possible. This allows us to accommodate other clients and make necessary adjustments to our schedule. Please note that refunds will be processed in accordance with our refund policy and may take some time to be reflected in your account. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
